MASSAGE POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
Special Considerations
We do not provide Prenatal massage in the first trimester
If under a doctors care or special medical circumstances a doctors clearance for massage may be required
Massage will not be preformed within 72 hours of an injury
Minors 14-17years of age must have a Guardian present for their session and to complete an intake form
General Considerations
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete our guest intake form and for private consultation
Silence is part of the experience: Do not feel pressured to socialize this is your time and your therapist will not initiate conversation. If you want to converse feel free we love to connect but only in the ways that help you to relax and make the most of your experience
Speak up you control the session: We want to personalize your treatment in every way. Please let us know of any questions or preferences you may have. Let us know immediately if anything is uncomfortable or if the pressure needs to be adjusted throughout your massage. Every Body is different and we want to listen to your needs.
Undress to your comfort level: You will be professionally draped every time so feel free to take it all off or to leave on your undergarments. Consider the areas that need to be worked and the level of undress that will make you feel most at ease. We will work around the rest.
Customary gratuities: Gratuities are typically 18-25% however they are always based on how satisfied you are with your experience
Booking Considerations
Reservation Policy: A valid credit card is required to reserve your service time
Cancellation Policy: We require a 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged a $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation should be with less than 12 hours of notice or a no show a 100% of the service fee will be charged. We value your time as much as we value ours and the guests who miss out on the opportunity for therapy due to a missed appointment.
Late Arrival Policy: We will accommodate you as best we can without disrupting other guest appointments. If you are late this will likely cause a shortening of your appointment time.
Payment: We accept Cash, Debit Card, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A small convenience fee will be charged for using Card for payment. We do not accept checks of any kind.
